We process the image you send us through a series of photo editing techniques to get the most perfect picture possible for the memorial. This, depending on the needs and conditions in which the photo is, may include:

We do not do free samples for individual customers. With the regular orders, we simply cannot devote valuable time for samples. There are quite enough examples on our site to see what kind of work we do, and our clients are the guarantee of a successful cooperation, too.

We try to finish the order as soon as possible, partially because of the responsibility and partially to avoid piling up orders.
However, our old clients with whom we have long term cooperation, have priority here and we finish photo editing services for them within 24-48 hours.
For all the others, it usually takes a couple of working days until the delivery of quality work.
It is possible to do express delivery (12-24hrs) with proportionally higher cost of services, off course.
